大多數世界國家是如何與霸權和統治在同一邊，和善意國家沒有任何其他國家在他們身邊。 顯示你和你應該顯示你的霸權和權威使那些追隨者與你一起去。

在老牌帝国主义国家里，西班牙、英国、日本、俄国都能够在掠夺资源的同时，为被掠夺国家留下许多基础设施，因此在南美有大量西班牙时期的建筑；在中东、非洲有英国留下的所谓别墅、农场；台湾有日本的和式木板房；中国东北地区既有日本留下的大量工厂也有哈尔滨东方莫斯科这样的城市。像法国、德国、比利时、意大利等除了要资源，就少有留下可圈可点的东西。各个国家不一样！中国东北能成为中国工业基地，就是俄、日建立了大量的工厂。现在，中国也同样会在走过的地方，留下当地随时会记起中国回忆的建筑和设施！

No doubt some Africans are very smart and intelligent and they do know what is happening. The problem here is that the rest of them are not at the same wavelength and they can see only what is in front of their eyes. (It is easy enough to save a few people but not so easy to drag the whole lot of them out of water in one go.) That is why the past colonizers just exploit the land take whatever they need and leave the mess to the inhabitants. It is sad but the inhabitants must wake up and take good care of what China is giving them now.

西方殖民者除了挑动非洲部族之间打仗，并趁机倾销武器 、掠夺资源，没有给黑非洲带来任何益处和文明。只有中国才是世界和平的基石。

I reallllly hope this time, they can keep the railroad for a while, i am 60 years old, 40 years ago, my father was engineer, led group of survyers and structure engineers  went to Africa, with little red book, Chairman Mao's guiding, 5 years hard working build Tanzania-Zambia  railroad - Africans - they never kept rail in fuction for more than 2 years... Today, great Emperor Xi Jinping spending billions taxpayers money, build another rail road in Africa, for chinese taxpayers' sake, please at least let the rail run first 5 years...
