今天我打电话试图不付在公园小便的50元罚单
今天我打罚款单上的申诉电话，电脑音说目前办公室不开门，有需要申请听证会的可以在其网站上填表申请，也可以在这个电话留言。
于是我就留言:
my summons number is 0207390801, my name is Weixiong Qiu. i got a $50 fine for peeing in the park on 12/31 afternoon.
i know there is a public toilet at sara roosevelt park. i needed to pee and walked a mile from Broadway to look for this public toilet. i got there and didn't expect it was closed at 4:30. i was urgent to pee and did not find better alternative at the time, so i peed under a tree. two park enforcement officers caught me and wrote me a $50 ticket.
i am not going to pay this fine because i was urgent to pee at the time，and i walked a mile with my heavy luggage to look for this public toilet. i didn't expect it was closed.
i know it is not appropriate to pee in a public place, but i was urgent to pee at the time. i hope this fine can be waived, at least for this time. i will not do this again，and i will look for better alternatives next time.
我不确信在电话里留言能否不付这个罚款，我还会在其网站上填表申请听证会，在申请书上我也会大概这么写。
