视频中博主和顾客称她为伯灵顿（佛蒙特州最大城市）的“饺子市长”，有人说吃着她的饺子长大的，她一展歌喉，让人浮想翩翩，肠脑化仙～
秋色正浓，当其他人都在欣赏落叶时，我们则去了伯灵顿的洪氏饺子店，品尝美味的饺子。洪玉在教堂街经营饺子摊已有17年之久，经常吸引顾客排起长队。两年前，一项GoFundMe众筹活动吸引了300多人捐款，筹集了超过1万美元，帮助洪玉开设一家全年营业的店面。我们在一个周日下午来到位于珍珠街的洪氏饺子店，一边享用饺子，一边与络绎不绝的游客和常客们聊天。虽然洪玉会说英语，但WCAX电台的加伦·埃特林也加入了我们，担任翻译，这样我们才能用洪玉的母语普通话与她交流，了解她小时候在中国东北学习包饺子的经历。

很简单，哈哈。只要你是个乳糜泻患者，而且对辣椒过敏就行了。*(\好吧，其实我挺喜欢吃的，所以你说得对。我只需要找到好吃的无麸质版本。(It's easy, lol. Just be a Celiac with an allergy to chili peppers. *Ok, I actually do like them, so your correct. I just have to find a good gluten free version.)

我记得在教堂街见过洪女士的餐车。她就在Ben & Jerry's冰淇淋店外面。当时排起了长队，几乎把Ben & Jerry's的门口都堵住了。她的饺子值得专程前往。（I remember seeing Ms. Hong's Cart on Church Street. She was right outside Ben and Jerry's. There was lines down the Street it was almost blocking Ben And Jerry's door. Her dumplings are worth the Trip.）

就美食评论家而言，盖伊·菲耶里（Guy Fieri）在我心目中的可信度一直不高，但这次他居然专门做一期关于这家假冒中国饺子的节目，这简直让他在我心中的可信度跌到了谷底。节目组和编剧显然根本没做功课，不知道正宗的中国饺子应该长什么样。这些饺子与其说是中国饺子，不如说是波兰饺子（perogie）。guy fieri was never high on my credibility list in terms of food reviewer, but pretty sure making a segment about this fake chinese dumpling place, puts his credibility at the very bottom of the list. the crew and writers of the show clearly did no research as to what a chinese dumpling is suppose to look like. would probably categorize these as more perogies than chinese dumplings
