The model does not make separate predictions for the popular vote winner and the electoral college vote winner. It seeks to predict whether the incumbent party will retain the White House. In eight of the nine U.S. presidential elections from 1984 to 2016, the prediction was accurate for the actual winner. The single failure was the 2000 election, where the model predicted a victory for incumbent party nominee Al Gore.[13][25] Al Gore won the popular vote, but that election was decided by the Supreme Court in favor of the Republican candidate. In 2016 it predicted at first victory for challenger party nominee Donald Trump but then announced that Trump could lose.[26][25] Incumbent party nominee Hillary Clinton won the relative majority of the popular vote.

- 民主党这帮杂种造谣生事，为了权力完全不顾国家利益，美国选民脑子有病，居然能选出这类人渣掌握国家重权，活该美国在过去的30年里公司资金外流，失业率高，赤字高涨，穷人越来越多.....。傻选民既然选择了民主党和小布什这类的败家的玩意儿，美国人民就必须承受其灾难性的后果。2020大选也一样，是选从油锅里捞出来的职业政治家骗子，还是选不要工资，就为了为美国人民做点事的人，你们看着办吧。
