- The best safety for Taiwan is get a good relationship with mainland. Otherwise, no matter what they do in arms are useless against a rising supper power. Even America and Russia are afraid to fight with China. How can a little island fight with this supper power ? Only a mad or ignorance person thinks it can. Besides, all the island's war toys are buying from U.S. and their money is form doing business with mainland. If mainland cut off their money, they can't even buy one bullet from U.S. not to mention all the islands war toys are made in 1980's . Again, Stop working on separation and going to the table with mainland is their best potion. Going the other way only end up in tragic. mak

- 屁用没有，早就有绿媒的民调显示过，即使最主张独立的群体，也没人愿意为了台湾独立而上前线。可以遇见的未来是，一二十年以后，中国的军力更加强大，美国失去了干涉台海的军事实力后，台湾除了接受统一，也没有其他选择
