- Philip Tzou, B.Eng., Software Developer, philiptz@stanford.edu, (650)736-8108. Philip Tzou received his BE in Computer Science from Southwest University for Nationalities in 2010 at Chengdu, China. In 2011 he moved to Beijing and joined Guokr, a Chinese scientific social network website. After becoming a senior systems engineer who helped building and was in charge of the technical architecture at Guokr for several years, he moved to Stanford and joined Dr. Shafer’s team as a software developer in February 2016. He’s now taking over the refactoring and maintenance of HIVdb website, helping the team improve their daily research pipelines, and learning HIV and bioinformatics knowledge through working with his colleagues.

- 中共已经明说了一切听党指挥，所以国内没有独立的编辑，说真说假都是为政府服务。以此逻辑，去除所有中国编辑就是保护维基百科的真实。很好理解。
