  培根系由英语“Bacon”译音而来,其原意是烟熏肋条肉或烟熏咸背脊肉。培根是西式肉制品三大主要品种之一,其风味除带有适口的咸味之外,还具有浓郁的烟熏香味。对于培根爱好者来说,每餐都可以有培根的痕迹,不可错过简单新鲜的培根美食来啦,赶快学起来、吃起来吧!

  4. 锅中放入少许油、下入培根炒至金黄即可、捞出留油。

  1. 金针菇切去根部,洗净沥水。

  煎的时候要用小火慢慢煎,让金针菇和彩椒变软成熟。

  培根鸡蛋饼

  低筋面粉100g鸡蛋1个水150g葱适量盐适量油适量

  1. 因为煎蛋饼的时间很短,所以培根要先用煎锅煎熟,之后才切丁。

  2. 将低筋面粉、鸡蛋、清水和盐都倒入和面盆里。

  3. 拌成没有颗粒的稀糊状。

  4. 再加入培根丁和葱花。

  6. 不粘平底锅里刷一层油,油不能太多,否则面糊很快成型,摊不圆。开小火加热不粘锅,不要用大火哟。然后将面糊勺进锅里,转动一下锅,使鸡蛋饼摊成圆形。这个分量可以做4块面饼哟。

  7. 一面煎半分钟左右,翻转后再煎半分钟左右。这只是大概时间,我也没有计算过,而且不同锅具受热的时间不一样。反正多转动一下,别煎糊了哟。

  培根芝士饭团

  1. 白饭煮熟后放入黑芝麻拌均匀。
