蒜苔的正确打开方式,浓郁清香两相宜,爽嫩翠绿还入味





  不知道大家对蒜苔这应季蔬菜喜不喜欢,反正哈妹是喜欢得很。从小就爱吃蒜苔,感觉蒜苔脆脆的,甜甜的和肉丝炒在一起,那更是绝配。

  常吃蒜苔的好处也是非常多的,蒜苔可以提高免疫力,润滑肠道,防便秘,祛脂降压 ,含有较多的维生素C,常食提高身体免疫力。

  配料:四川腊肉200克、蒜苔350克、盐1克、食用油适量、生抽1汤匙、鸡精1克烹饪步骤:1.准备好所需食材

  2.将腊肉放入水中,开锅后煮约五分钟,捞出清洗干净,然后放进蒸锅大火蒸15分钟左右

  3.蒜苔掐去尾部洗净切成小段

  5.锅中放油烧热后倒入腊肉炒出香味

  蒜苔炒牛肚

  配料:卤牛肚200克、蒜苔200克、油30克、生抽10克、料酒10克、盐适量、干红椒2个、花椒少许、水淀粉适量、红辣椒半个烹饪步骤:1.牛肚洗净,顺其条纹肌理改刀7cm左右的长条块,顶刀切成薄片。

  2.蒜苔切寸段,红椒去籽去筋改刀成和肚片差不多长的丝。

  3.泡适量的水淀粉,将生抽与水淀粉混合成芡汁备用。干红椒切节。

  4.小火起锅,放入油将干红椒节、花椒炸香后捡去不用,留油转大火。

  配料:香干250克、蒜苔适量(12根)、红椒半个、油适量、盐少许、生抽1汤勺、胡椒粉少许、白糖少许、味精少许、姜1小块烹饪步骤:1.蒜苔用刀切掉两头。
