奶奶都用这方法腌黄瓜,爽脆又开胃,吃一次就爱上





  气温逐渐回升了,天气热只想吃凉拌菜。凉拌菜食材黄瓜可是首选,黄瓜被称为\"厨房里的美容剂\",具有除热,利水利尿,清热解毒的功效,黄瓜还可美容和减肥,简直是万能的。

  by 燕扉扉配料:黄瓜一根、小葱2根、大蒜2个、花椒15个、干红辣椒2个、生抽15克、老醋10克、糖5克、盐2克、玉米油15克烹饪步骤:1.准备食材。

  2.黄瓜洗干净控水。在黄瓜的两侧各放上一根筷子,从头菜刀90度、瓜片宽2mm切到最后。

  3.切完以后翻过来,菜刀45度也是从头切到最后。

  7.锅中倒入油烧到七成热时放花椒煸出香味,花椒拣起不要。

  菜谱小贴士: 蓑衣黄瓜的制作要点,除了料汁,最最关键的就刀法。下刀要密,要深,又不能切到底不能切断。黄瓜两边各放一根筷子就能保证落刀均匀。
