- Questions:
1. I have never seen 贵妃蚌 in Chinese Supermarket or American supermarket in the US. What kinda of supermarket did you find it? (Btw, I DID see Xiang (elephant) Ba (pull) Bang (蚌) frequently in Chinese sumpermarket.)
2. Not sure where you live. Hope you could invite me to your dinner or spare me a bowl if/when I visit you city. :-)

- I live in Silicon Valley (or San Francisco Bay area), where one can find 贵妃蚌 in some Chinese supermarkets (such as Maxim). 象拔蚌 is also very delicious. Good luck!

- It has been years since I lived in Pasadena. But I think you should be able to get 贵妃蚌 from leading Cantonese restaurants in Monterey Park or Alhambra.
