The blood vessels are under the skin, naturally protected and never open and exposed to the elements. Nobody in their right mind would allow the network to be controlled by any foreign body. Overseas Funds can easily rack up the money to buy the rail network. Once the rail network is under foreign ownership then foreign governments can put pressure on this Funds to sabotage the smooth running of the rail causing untold damage to China's national economy. Your rail transported inter-continental missiles depend on it. If anybody suggest the idea of privatizing the network then jail that person and then throw away the key. That is where he/she/they belongs.
