任成旺成绩占鳌头获奖

【世界日报记者陈芝怡、宋怡帧纽约报导】本届警校毕业生中多位华裔警员纷纷表示，他们以服务纽约市民为己任，并为自己成为安全守护者感到光荣。

28岁的华裔警察任成旺(Kevin W. Yam)，祖籍福州，是本届学业成绩最高的毕业生，以99.75高分荣膺「第一副局长奖」(First DeputyCommissioner's Award)，指导他的警佐吴俊德(ChunEng)称赞任成旺每次成绩几乎都是满分，表现杰出。
來自福州的李浩然，13年前才移民美國。本届学业成绩名列第二，平均分数98.45，他很高興能做自己想做的事業。他將調派布碌崙70分局。（世界日报記者陳芝怡攝）
