本文中，我会用2020年款 SONY X900H 作为例子，该款电视在2020年年初，拉斯维加斯的CES上发布，往年，每年的新款电视一般会在4月份开始售卖，但因为疫情的关系，截止5月中还是预定中，具体销售日期不明。作为最新电视，已经抛弃了很多模拟信号接口。我们将以从上往下的顺序逐步介绍。

现在基本上所有影音设备上都有这接口，可以同时传输视频、音频。图片中，第三个是支持ARC（Audio Return Channel，「音频回授通道」）。配合同样支持 ARC 功能的音响（功放，回音壁Soundbar），将电视的数字音频信号输出到音响，而无需再连接额外的音频线。用户也可以将多个影音设备连接到音响上，通过一条 HDMI 接回电视，将视频传输到电视的同时，借助 ARC，音频会从音响中放出。配合电视上的 CEC 功能（Consumer Electronics Control、不同电视厂商叫法会不一样），用户可以使用一个遥控器（音响或者电视的）去操控电视和电视盒子，减少遥控器数量。支持 ARC 的 HDMI 接口可以无压缩的传输5.1或7.1多声道音频，比如 Dolby True HD 和 DTS HD-MA。这是上一代 Optical 接口所无法达到的。

购买电视机的时候要留意背后 HDMI 的型号，不同代数的接口，外形虽然一样，但性能、视频、音频输出效果大相径庭。如果可以，尽量选择 HDMI 2.0 或者2.1版本的接口，像上面照片显示的 SONY X900H，4个 HDMI 都是2.1接口。根据官网给出的数据，将来随着电视系统升级，将支持 eARC（Enhanced AudioReturn Channel，「 增强版音频回传信道」）这使得电视能支持更先进的音频信号，包括 Dolby Atmos 和 DTS:X 等。下面这个表格是每种音频连接形式的对比。当然用户还有另外购买一套像样的音响，或者起码来台回音壁。敬请期待我们将来回音壁的推荐文章。

网线接口，虽然现在智能电视都支持 Wi-Fi，但有时候无线路由器与电视距离过远，当中还隔着几堵墙的时候，Wi-Fi信号将大幅削弱。如果想要网络稳定的话，家里还是建议使用有线网络接入。一般无线路由器附送的都是 Cat 5e的网线，推荐另外购买 Cat 6 或者 Cat 7 网线，降低长距离传输网络速度衰减和减少信号干扰。

Remote RS-232C串行通信端子，一般是留给制造商等专业人士使用操控设定电视。比如遥控器损坏、电视黑屏，专业人士可以通过这个端口操作电视。不建议一般消费者使用。
IR In红外延长线接口，接收遥控器红外信号的延长线的接口。一般家庭用不上，电视一般都是放在遥控器可控制范围内，一般都是沙发前，或者床前。商业用途的时候，使用红外延长，方便用户操控。
