美国联邦最高法院最近有关同性恋婚姻合法的判决，实际是给这个地球上，大多数人认知的婚姻的重新定义。现在这个“潘多拉盒子”已经打开，美国联邦最高法院以后会更忙。3P同样是爱，他们也应当有同样的权力。那么四人、五人一起的爱呢？共产共妻呢？人和动物呢？
不否认同性恋之间有爱，更相信他(她)们应当和其它人有一样的权力。只是不明白为什么同性之间的爱硬要和婚姻(marriage)搅和在一起？在相同权力的基础上，同性恋用另一个名称表述他们之间爱是不是会更恰当些(marriage vs garriage)?
另外美国联邦最高法院越权介入这件事让人很沮丧。美国是联邦制国家，各州有自己的观点。让各州人们自己做决定，给不同人多一些选择一直是过去几百年来美国人做事的方式。
在民主党多年的经营下，美国向着“大一统的中国模式”转型已是不可逆转!

“最高法院已经放弃了它作为一个公正的司法仲裁机构的作用，它已成为一个由九名非选举产生的成员组成的立法机构。 宪法和法院过去的这类决定都是留给各州的人民来决定，但这次 5名大法官则在这个问题上将自己的个人观点强加于整个国家。”

德州宪法保证任何情况下没有人有权在宗教事务上控制或干扰良知。美国宪法第一修正案保护美国人宗教自由；德克萨斯州宗教自由恢复法案和新颁布的牧师保护法，都保证宗教自由。这些法律为德州人坚持对传统婚姻的认识提供了强有力的法律保护。
