圣约 - 圣约要素

现在我们继续主题查经对圣约的学习，本单元的任务是侧重掌握圣约的诸要素。首先，我们看一下圣经是怎样定义圣约的。

和合本圣经 尼希米记 9 ： 38 因 这 一 切 的 事 ， 我 们 立 确 实 的 约 ， 写 在 册 上 。 我 们 的 首 领 、 利 未 人 ， 和 祭 司 都 签 了 名 。

NASB Nehemiah 9:38 [A Covenant Results] "Now because of all this We are making an agreement in writing; And on the sealed document are the names of our leaders, our Levites and our priests."

NIV Nehemiah 9:38 [The Agreement of the People] "In view of all this, we are making a binding agreement, putting it in writing, and our leaders, our Levites and our priests are affixing their seals to it."

从上面不同版本的同一段经文，可以得知，在中文确实的约相对应的位置，英文分别是协约以及有约束力的协约。美国新版标准圣经特别说明这是一个圣约的结果。

由此我们可以得知圣经对圣约的定义就是“有约束力的协约”。当然既然叫圣约，就是神设立的。

下面进入主题。

神为了有效地达到他的目的，以确定的格式建立起相关圣约。一些具体的圣约有可能缺少一两个因素，典型的圣约一般具备七个要素。这七个要素分别是绪论，序言，条款，记录，见证，奖惩，誓言。

第一个圣约要素是绪论。圣约的绪论就是认定圣约的参与各方。相关经文举例如下。

NASB Exodus 20:2 “I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery.”

在神通过摩西建立的圣约中，神把立约双方明确认定，就是神为一方，以色列民为另一方。

在各种不同圣约中，神都是圣约的建立人。在大多数场合，神亦是圣约的主要执行人，承担大部分圣约责任。圣约的另一方，尽管会随着具体圣约的不同会在规模和受益人方面有变化，是作为神的创造物之一的人类，或者是被神特殊拣选而后拯救的人群。有时是所有人，例如，创造之约和持守制约；有时是选择的个人或家族，例如亚伯拉罕之约和大卫之约；有时是一个国家或人群；例如摩西之约和新约。别管包括在圣约中的人类范围多大，神的目的是整个人类。例如，与亚伯拉罕的圣约形式上只是一人之约，目的却在万民万邦。

第二个圣约要素是序言。圣约的序言是圣约的背景铺陈。在这部分，圣约的建立人可能会告诉当事人有关历史牵连，文化环境，圣约相关方的历史渊源，以及建立圣约的原因。举例来说，申命记的第一到第三章都是序言部分。摩西在回忆了出埃及的过程以后，又重申了建立圣约的意义。

NASB Deuteronomy 4 ： 1-2 "Now, O Israel, listen to the statutes and the judgments which I am teaching you to perform, so that you may live and go in and take possession of the land which the LORD, the God of your fathers, is giving you. You shall not add to the word which I am commanding you, nor take away from it, that you may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.

圣约的序言一般会为建立圣约准备一个广泛的基础并告知为什么有必要建立圣约。在建立圣约之前，神已经为今后圣约所要进行的工作做了充分的准备，搭建起了适合的操作平台，以便使圣约对方履行圣约规定的责任。这些前期和后台准备，圣约相关方知道得越多，对圣约的理解和执行就会越好。

第三个圣约要素是条款。圣约条款是圣约相关各方同意并要付诸执行的行动计划。圣经中的摩西五书的主要内容就是圣约条款，从这些条款中，圣约责任及其它相关关规定都会清楚陈列。圣约条款的关键作用不言而喻，以至于没有这项内容，就不会有圣约的建立。

因此，当我们读圣经学习圣约时，关键一步就是正确认定哪些是圣约条款，同时这也是正确履行圣约责任的要求。如果我们对此有所缺失或误解，将会导致误解神的意愿，从而在执行圣约中失败。作为一个良心清醒的基督徒，对圣约条款不能允许轻忽。

另一个必须注意的因素是，绝大多数圣约条款不是经过相关各方的平等协商而确定的。这是因为，神是超然的力量，尤其在创世之约和拯救之约中。在这种神决定和操作的行动中，人是全然的受益者，因而神的统治和掌控显而易见。在别的场合，神会在一定程度上允许相关各方进言参与决定，但是他们的意见必须符合神的意志和圣约的根本目的，才会被融进圣约条款。

第四个圣约要素是记录。圣约的记录对有关圣约内容与其是圣约蹩畹谋４婧捅竿?约敖窈笾葱兄械囊谰荨３霭＜凹?20-23 可以作为例证。通常这些记录会被当众宣读，有必要的话，还会被定期复读。以色列人保存的圣约书卷应是正式的法律文件。除此之外，圣约的相关内容可能被刻在石柱上，以便永志不忘。

第五个圣约要素是见证。圣约的见证就是作为圣约成立的目击者，以便在必要的时候出来证明圣约的成立确有其事，使违约方无可推诿。

第六个圣约要素是奖惩。圣约的奖惩就是神根据执行圣约的结果予以奖励和惩处。奖励的形式就是神的祝福。惩处的形式则是神的诅咒。圣约的奖惩集中体现在申命记第二十八章。下面是部分相关章节。

有关祝福的部分

1 你 若 留 意 听 从 耶 和 华 ─ 你 神 的 话 ， 谨 守 遵 行 他 的 一 切 诫 命， 就 是 我 今 日 所 吩 咐 你 的 ， 他 必 使 你 超 乎 天 下 万 民 之 上 。

2 你 若 听 从 耶 和 华 ─ 你 神 的 话 ， 这 以 下 的 福 必 追 随 你 ，临 到 你 身 上 ：

3 你 在 城 里 必 蒙 福 ， 在 田间 也 必 蒙 福 。

4 你 身 所 生 的 ， 地 所 产 的， 牲 畜 所 下 的 ， 以 及 牛 犊 、 羊 羔 ， 都 必 蒙 福 。

5 你 的 筐 子 和 你 的 抟 面 盆都 必 蒙 福 。

2 "All these blessings will come upon you and overtake you if you obey the LORD your God:

3 "Blessed shall you be in the city, and blessed shall you be in the country.

4 "Blessed shall be the offspring of your body and the produce of your ground and the offspring of your beasts, the increase of your herd and the young of your flock.

5 "Blessed shall be your basket and your kneading bowl.

6 "Blessed shall you be when you come in, and blessed shall you be when you go out.

7 "The LORD shall cause your enemies who rise up against you to be defeated before you; they will come out against you one way and will flee before you seven ways.

8 "The LORD will command the blessing upon you in your barns and in all that you put your hand to, and He will bless you in the land which the LORD your God gives you.

9 "The LORD will establish you as a holy people to Himself, as He swore to you, if you keep the commandments of the LORD your God and walk in His ways.

10 "So all the peoples of the earth will see that you are called by the name of the LORD, and they will be afraid of you.

11 " The LORD will make you abound in prosperity, in the offspring of your body and in the offspring of your beast and in the produce of your ground, in the land which the LORD swore to your fathers to give you.

12 "The LORD will open for you His good storehouse, the heavens, to give rain to your land in its season and to bless all the work of your hand; and you shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow.

13 The LORD will make you the head and not the tail, and you only will be above, and you will not be underneath, if you listen to the commandments of the LORD your God, which I charge you today, to observe them carefully,

17 "Cursed shall be your basket and your kneading bowl.

18 "Cursed shall be the offspring of your body and the produce of your ground, the increase of your herd and the young of your flock.

19 "Cursed shall you be when you come in, and cursed shall you be when you go out.

20 "The LORD will send upon you curses, confusion, and rebuke, in all you undertake to do, until you are destroyed and until you perish quickly, on account of the evil of your deeds, because you have forsaken Me.

21 "The LORD will make the pestilence cling to you until He has consumed you from the land where you are entering to possess it.

22 "The LORD will smite you with consumption and with fever and with inflammation and with fiery heat and with the sword and with blight and with mildew, and they will pursue you until you perish.

23 "The heaven which is over your head shall be bronze, and the earth which is under you, iron.

24 "The LORD will make the rain of your land powder and dust; from heaven it shall come down on you until you are destroyed.

25 "The LORD shall cause you to be defeated before your enemies; you will go out one way against them, but you will flee seven ways before them, and you will be an example of terror to all the kingdoms of the earth.

26 "Your carcasses will be food to all birds of the sky and to the beasts of the earth, and there will be no one to frighten them away.

27 "The LORD will smite you with the boils of Egypt and with tumors and with the scab and with the itch, from which you cannot be healed.

28 "The LORD will smite you with madness and with blindness and with bewilderment of heart;

第七个圣约要素是誓言。圣约誓言是立约各方发誓遵守圣约条款，若有违约行为发生，甘愿受罚。创世纪记录了这样的例证。

和合本圣经 创世纪 3 ： 5 你寄 居 在 这 地 ， 我 必 与 你 同 在 ， 赐 福 给 你 ， 因 为 我 要 将 这 些 地 都 赐 给 你 和 你 的 後 裔 。 我 必 坚 定 我 向 你 父 亚 伯 拉 罕 所 起 的 誓 。

NASB Genesis 26 ： 3 "Sojourn in this land and I will be with you and bless you, for to you and to your descendants I will give all these lands, and I will establish the oath which I swore to your father Abraham. "

这里神的誓言指的是在创世记第十五章记载的神对亚伯拉罕在建立圣约过程中表示的守约旨意。
