按:Irish Cream Liquor 是一个味道非常好的低度酒。可以单独品尝也可和加入其它原料制作鸡尾酒。
Irish Cream Liquor Recipe
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 3/4 cup can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/4 cup Irish whiskey
- 2 tablespoon. chocolate flavored syrup
- 2 teaspoon instant coffee crystals
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
把上述原料放在一个的容器内，充分搅拌。然后在冰箱里冻一晚即可使用。
附:How to Use Irish Cream Liquor
The easiest cocktail, of course, is simply Irish Cream liquor on the rocks. For the best results, use big chunks of cracked ice. They'll keep the liquor cool without melting too fast and watering it down.
For a slightly fancier presentation that will "wow" guests, drizzle fine lines of chocolate-flavored syrup into a chilled cocktail glass. Pour the refrigerate Irish cream into the glass, being careful not to wash away the syrup. Garnish with chocolate shavings to serve.
And for a delicious warm drink,there's the classic Irish cream and coffee. Pour a shot of Irish cream into a heat-proof mug, and top off with hot coffee. Stir, sip, and enjoy

后记:1)试做了.效果很好.
2)另加了3个鸡蛋.
3)酒的浓度可以根据自己及家人的口味调节。（因为Irish whiskey 是40%的酒精浓度）。
4）vanilla extract 的浓度也可以根据自己喜好调节。
本人喜欢Irish Cream liquor on the rocks，以及用它做的鸡尾酒。
Irish Cream liquor with Coffee 为老外喜好，偶尔为之还可以，不常常用。
