There was once a minister whose missionary was in Africa. One night he was walking into the jungle as the sun was setting. Suddenly, a lion jumped in front of him. The minister was paralyzed with fear and dropped to his knees. He closed his eyes and began to pray. " Please God, save me from this hungry creature!"
When he opened his eyes he saw the lion in a peaceful and calm state. What a miracle! It was as if the lion was praying too!
The minister was no longer worried since God showed him His powerful ways. "Well, well, well my dear friend," said the minister. "What are you doing here?"
The lion looked up and said, "I always pray before my dinner."
