你的网速快吗？

在新西兰，家庭网速和用网量的需求范围要用钱去购买，例如，一般上网看新闻和邮件，3GB的用量（一个月），需要付纽币$40/月，一个月用10GB需要附$50-60，一个家庭如果下载文件和影视的东西，就需要花$ 70、$ 80甚至上百、数百不等。

我觉得这样的付钱和用量限制挺落后的，又没有意义，不知道其他国家的人们是如何付钱给他们的网速和用量？

 

最近看到：世界上10个网速最快的国家 （《读者》2009 20）

（网速平均速度Mbps）：

日本   63，6

韩国   49.5

芬兰   21.7

法国   17.6

瑞典   16.8

荷兰    8.8

葡萄牙  8.1

波兰    7.9

挪威    7.7

加拿大  7.6

 

你是不是有幸在这些国家里，有很快的网速而不需要花太多的钱？

随便下载，太好了。网速最快国家之一就是不一样。

the investment of telecom infrastructures in big countries (like the states) and that in those small countries (such as south korea and japan) is very different. the required capital investment per mile/person is substantial higher than those small countries.
