我奶奶曾經說過一個我爺爺的故事。
那時在煙台，有一個叫金大力的，是當地的地痞。好像是為了收租的問題，惹火了我爺爺。我爺爺就到金大力的酒館去找他算帳，那個酒館是金大力的一個據點。沒想到我爺爺一個照面，就把金大力打倒在地。這個金大力從地上爬起來，居然拍著我爺爺的肩膀，對我爺爺佩服的五體投地，而和我爺爺稱兄道弟起來。
我奶奶在家裡左等右等，我爺爺還不回家，以為他凶多吉少，回不來了。等到半夜，我爺爺才喝得酩酊大醉回到家裡。
A story of my grandfather
This is a story of my grandfather told by my grandmother.
There was this guy Jin Dali(Powerful guy), which is a local gangster in Yantai. It was said that he was trying to increase rent of my grandparents, and that angered my grandfather. My grandfather went to Jin Dali's tavern to find him, the tavern was a stronghold of Jin Dali. My grandfather challenged Jin Dali and knock him down with one strike. Surprisingly, Jin Dali got up and patted the shoulder of my grandfather, and was so admired of my grandfather, he wanted to become buddy of my grandfather.
My grandmother waited at home and waited. My grandfather still didn't go home, thinking that he might be dead and couldn't come back. Finally in the middle of the night, my grandfather returned home and was dead drunk.
