餐馆大老板昨天打电话给我说baileys酒断档,
我二话没说就开着女儿的双门奔驰出去了,
言下之意也是大老板要我在bar 台上工作1-2 小时.
春季,baileys 销售最好,而baileys 的鸡尾酒中,Bailey's and Amaretto 又最好:
Baileys Irish cream 和 amaretto almond liqueur 等比例混合,
效果还是相当不错,喜欢Baileys 这口的也可以用
1/3 baileys + 2/3 amaretto almond liqueur,效果更好.

Ingredients:
- 2 oz vodka
- 3 oz Tomoto Juice
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- Black Pepper & Salt
- 3 dashes Worcestershire
- 2 drops tabasco sauce

- Glassware: Highball Glass
