Dear Yaoa Yao (摇啊瑶),
It is unfortunate that I will have to institute a lawsuit against you with
respect to your post on https://www.backchina.com/home.php?mod=space&uid=293539&do=blog&id=112256&page=1#comment
for libel/defamation and backchina as the publisher of the libelous messages.
Specifically, you posted a libelous message on the aforementioned message
board. The defamatory post included a false story that “cannaa [my ID] stateded
that Hai Ming, [another ID] is not talented at all, and he [Hai Ming] used Sang Lan
for exercise.” (在海明的帖子里，那个美人蕉已经明说了，海明根本没本事，在拿桑兰练兵…).
In fact, I never stated such words. My statements regarding to Hai Ming, who is
representing Sang Lan for a personal injury case, do not include what you said.
After I reminded you that your statement was false and could be defamatory, you
replied that “You are welcomed to sue me” (欢迎你告。). I tried to
remind you the serious of defamation lawsuit, and you answered
“Don’t say something useless. Go ahead, and sue me!!” (废话少说了，要告去告！！)
I request you now to contact with me through my email address:
cannaabackchina@yahoo.com, so we can unveil our IDs, and I can contact with you
and start instituting a lawsuit against you.
This is a notice of impending litigation.
