我在村子里看到有人怀疑给王立山家属捐款是一个骗局。这是4月30号晚近11点华中科技大学休斯敦地区校友会理事彭女士发给我们的消息。她一直在跟亚特兰大胡少华博士联系（他们曾经是同事）。胡少华博士同济医学院毕业，是从休斯敦搬到亚特兰大去的。我在专家协会任会长的时候，他是秘书长。所以，我个人判断不是骗局。

To all Wuhan TJMC overseas alumni and friends:

1. Methods for donations:
(1). Donation online:
ACP (Atlanta) has a paypal account for TJMC alumni to make donations.
The link: http://www.acp-atlanta.org
At the right column, there is a "Donation" button. If you click it, it
open up another window for people to make a donation. ACP will make a
sub-account available just for Tongji Alumni's donation. After you
donate, please send two emails: one to Shaohua Hu ( seanhu2002@yahoo.com
), another to Li Chaoyang ( dmi3@cdc.gov ), so we have two different
groups to monitor the account. ACP will have 2-3 TJMC alumni within the
organization to monitor the sub-account also. We encourage TJMC alumni
to donate through ACP, so it is easier for us to summarize the account.
(2). Donation by writing a check:

After you donate, please send two emails: one to Shaohua Hu (

(3). Others: different cities and organizations will set up several
other accounts to take donations.
2. We don't encourage our alumni to say anything ethnically provoctive.
And we don't encourage our alumni to discuss "Right" or "Wrong" of Wang
Lishan, let the legal system to make the judgement. Let's deal with this
issue with a cool mind and sound judgement.
3. Our alum Wang Lishan's family is getting tremendous help:
There is an old Chinese say"福兮祸兮，祸乃福之所依". Disaster does bring people
together. The help to our alum Wang Lishan and his family is just
outpouring. Everybody is stepping up to do what he/she can to offer
help. We know we are offering HOPE.
April 26, an unfathomable event happened, our alum Wang Lishan is
involved and arrested.
April 27, A senior level discussion of TJMCOAA in early afternoon;
A five-people teleconference (Gong Loen, Li Chaoyang, Hu
Shaohua, Cheng Min and Henry Liu) in the evening;
Many suggestions/inputs to TJMCOAA;
TJMCOAA president issued the basic principles in terms of
how we will proceed;
April 28: 同济医学院海外校友会的李朝阳，陈敏,
亚特兰大商会会长李燕翔，副会长王晓衡,美中下一代教育基金会会长鲍俊涛,副会长王本桓（亚城教会代表），财务部长钟京共7人，一同去看望了王立山的妻子
马兰和三个孩子。他们决定： 1). 由李朝阳代表同济医学院海外校友会为马兰装上有线电话和DSL。 2).
由美中下一代教育基金会，亚城商会，亚城笔会，同济医学院海外校友会，IT
协会等亚城华人社团组成《王的孩子生活教育基金》委员会，我们将向全美募捐，专款专用，保证孩子的生活和教育支出。3).
由王本桓负责联系免费食物卷和医疗方面的支助。联系教会，姐妹会，给予接 送马兰复查乳腺癌，看护小孩等等帮助。
4).由亚城笔会的王晓衡，陈敏，钟京负责媒体报道以获得对孩子最大的支助。 5).
美中下一代教育基金会已经把3个孩子作为捐助对象，对他们的生活和学习提 供保障。 6). 发动大家捐献一些家具和生活用品和孩子的用品。
Obviously our alumni and other Chinese organizations in Atlanta
area are very efficient and productive.
New York Consulate are involved in protecting Wang Lishan's basic
rights.
April 29: TJMCOAA board member Dr. Lanzing Zhang activated CMG
(Chinese Medical Graduates) and in one day they collected over 一万八。
Atlanta area collected 五千.
Atlanta ACP Paypal mechanism is setup for donations. ACP accepts checks
also, if you write a real check, please pay to ACP (help Ma and
children)
Dr. Toor's family filed a lawsuit against Wang family.
Houston area HUST alumni organization started collecting
donations for Ms. Lan Ma.
