Since we got information about his death, we have been expecting his next of kin to come over and claim his money because we can not release it unless somebody applies for it as a next of kin or relation to the deceased as indicated in our banking guidelines and laws, but unfortunately we learnt that all his supposed next of kin or relation died along side with him at the disaster leaving no body behind for the claim.
It is therefore upon this discovery that I and other officials in my department now decided to make this business proposal to you and release the money to you as the next of kin or relation to the deceased for safety and subsequent disbursement since nobody is coming for it and we don't want this money to go into the bank treasury as unclaimed bill.
The banking law and guideline here stipulates that if such money remained unclaimed after 8years, the money will be transferred into the bank treasury as an unclaimed fund, The request of a foreigner as a next of kin in this business is occasioned by the fact that the customer was a foreigner and a Thailand citizen cannot stand as next of kin to a foreigner.
I agree that 35% of this money will be for you as a foreign partner, in respect to the provision of a foreign account, 10% will be set aside for expenses incurred during the transaction of this business and 55% will be for me There after I and my family will visit your country for disbursement according to the percentages indicated.
Therefore, to enable the immediate transfer of this fund to you as arranged, you must apply first to the bank as a relation or next of kin of the deceased indicating your bank name, your bank account, your private telephone and fax number for easy and effective communication and location where in the money will be remitted.
upon receipt of your reply, i will send to you by fax or email the text of the application. I will not fail to bring to your notice that this business is hicth-free and that you should not entertain any atom of fear as all required arrangements has been made for the transfer.You should contact me immediately as soon as you receive this letter.

唉，，人生真的到处都是陷阱，可要留意啦！两年前就差点点遭遇了电话诈骗。骗子称是政府机构的税金返还，说实话，我对日本的政府机构的态度还是比较认可的，态度特别好。所以基本没有怎么怀疑。。可是从对方要求我立刻去银行的ATM办理收取退款的手续，而且到指定的银行ATM，所以我产生了怀疑，，口头答应了对方的要求，在去的途中，我在另外一个ATM把账上的现金的大头取出，只在账上留下几千日元的零头。结果当然是骗子诈骗失败。。（真是好险啊！）如今社会险恶，到处都是陷阱，可别一个不小心就掉进去啦！
