Long, long time ago, there was a wise king named Wen, who lived in ZHOU Dynasty. At that time, the emperor of ZHOU Dynasty was Zhou (not the same Zhou as ZHOU Dynasty, that's why I use capital). Emperor Zhou was a crucial dictator and he was finally turned over by King Wen.
Emperor Zhou heard that King Wen got a beautiful jade plate one time. Empeor Zhou was greedy and wanted to own the Jade. So he sent one of his ministers, who name is Jiao Ge, to ask for it. Jiao Ge was a good minister and most people loved him at that time. However, King Wen refused Jiao Ge's request and sent him back to Emperor Zhou coldly. The Emperor was not happy with that.
Not long after that, King Wen showed his Jade to other kings in the Dynasty. All the kings agreed that it was the best jade they ever saw. Emperor Zhou heard of that again. This time he asked another minister, whose name is Fei Zhong, to ask for it. Fei Zhong owned one of the worst fame in Chinese history. He was an obsequious and dishonest person. When he arrived at Wen's Palace, King Wen Gave him an extreme welcome and held a party for him for three days. Then Wen handed the Jade to Fei Zhong and said the Emperor was the only man who deserves it.
Years later, Emperor Zhou totally lost himself to drink, beauty, music, party, ..., and finally he was defeated by King Wen. By the way, King Wen became one of the best Emperor in Chinese history.
