- The only place can compare to San Diego weatherwise is Northern California. Overall San Diego has the best weathr in the U.S. But an ideal house would cost you at least 1.5 millions.

- 一月到圣地亚哥，就像是春天，温度在50-60度。夏天也不热。是个好地方。看了山上的房子，2000英尺要135万美金，平房。看了一个楼房，3000英尺要185万美金。房子很老，装修一般，太贵。有钱人居住的地方。新春快乐

- 是啊，好的地方房价太贵，退休要找一个好地方不容易，因为要想减少开支。你说的 Northern California，能有一个具体的地方吗？有机会也可以去看看。谢谢

- 我们开车往北。大约1,2个小时的地方，也去看了房子，房价便宜很多，27万可以买到2300英尺的独立房子，整个社区是2005来建筑的，冬天温暖，夏天比较热，不是海边，那边还有赌场。土地是沙地，花草长不好？

- 我们开车往北。大约1,2个小时的地方，也去看了房子，房价便宜很多，27万可以买到2300英尺的独立房子，整个社区是2005来建筑的，冬天温暖，夏天比较热，不是海边，那边还有赌场。土地是沙地，花草长不好？如果你不介意种花，是不错的。但是，我更喜欢拉斯维加斯，房价差不多可以买到更好的房子。拉斯维加斯有很大的中国城，什么都能买到

- I am talking about San Francisco, Alameda and Berkley. The price will be more or the same like San Diego. La Jolla is very expensive in San Diego area. Carmel Valley is north of San Diego, but a decent home will cost around $900,000. With the money, I would rather spend $400,000 to buy a 3400 square ft house in Henderson,NV in las Vegas with swimming pool. for winter time and spend summer somewhere else. The property tax is Las Vegas is relatively low. Henderson has the best hospitals in the U.S.
