I have 4 websites

make their websites in first page on Google searching engine which I have done,
but my friends often ask me why my website is not in first page on Google? I
have look at my computer said: "yes, it is on first page." but my friend said:
"No. In my computer NO!" Then I have found stranger thing that is different
results of page rank from different computers or different internet explores if
I put same key words like Asian escorts london or Asian massage london. I don't
understand why it will have different results from a same resource as Google?
Who can explain that?
