who knows how to fix the chinese input system?

i got this problem about a week ago. The chinese input of my pc was down and you cant do nothing about it. Everything has been tried but to throw it into garbage. who knows how to fix the problem? Thank you even you dont know how hehe

3 回复 Draught 2013-5-7 00:12: Start --> Control Panels (By Category) --> Clock, Language and Regional --> Regional and Language Options --> Keyboard and Languages --> General --> Add (Pick Chinese Simplified, there are multiple input options) --> OK.

Once it is set, Shift + Alt should bring out the Chinese Input.
