美国新冠疫情已经进入爆发阶段，才承认潜伏期传染和无症状传播的存在，真的好意思
说是最近才知道的。
即使是最终放弃了没病不必戴口罩的愚蠢决定，还是要为自己的愚蠢辩护，说口罩并没
有给戴口罩的人提供很多保护，而是帮助不知道自己感染病毒的人把病毒传播给他人。
国际笑话。
“We now know from recent studies that a significant portion of individuals
with coronavirus lack symptoms (“asymptomatic”) and that even those who
eventually develop symptoms (“pre-symptomatic”) can transmit the virus to
others before showing symptoms,” the guidance states.
“CDC recommends wearing cloth face coverings in public settings where other
social distancing measures are difficult to maintain (e.g., grocery stores
and pharmacies) especially in areas of significant community-based
transmission.”
The guidance makes clear that wearing face coverings or cloth masks is an
additional public health measure to prevent the spread of the virus, not a
substitute for social distancing. Social distancing of at least six feet is
still recommended even when wearing a mask. Guidance and internal memos from
CDC emphasize that a cloth facial mask is intended not so much to protect
the wearer but to help prevent people who do not know they are infected from
spreading of the virus to others.
这就是正式公告了。不是保护自己而是保护他人的。
face cover when around others
You could spread COVID-19 to others even if you do not feel sick.
Everyone should wear a cloth face cover when they have to go out in public,
for example to the grocery store or to pick up other necessities.
Cloth face coverings should not be placed on young children under age 2,
anyone who has trouble breathing, or is unconscious, incapacitated or
otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance.
The cloth face cover is meant to protect other people in case you are
infected.
Do NOT use a facemask meant for a healthcare worker.
Continue to keep about 6 feet between yourself and others. The cloth face
cover is not a substitute for social distancing.
作为一个负责任的专业机构，CDC起码应该告诉人民用什么材料，作多大的口罩才有效
果吧。起码拿出一点滤过率的数据给人民看看吧。

用里外两层软布(旧T恤衫布即可)把两张厨房用纸巾包在中间，四周用订书钉固定。四
个角用小号夹子连接上普通橡皮筋。一个口罩就做好了。最后沿中线对折，在上下沿用
订书钉斜钉一针，保护效果更好。这样的口罩可以滤过33% 0.3微米的颗粒，75% 2.5
微米的颗粒。与只能滤过90% 5 微米的外科口罩相比毫不逊色。
