道德经 第五十九章 治人事天
治人事天，莫若啬。
夫唯啬，是谓早服。
早服谓之重积德。
重积德则无不克。
无不克则莫知其极。
莫知其极，可以有国。
有国之母，可以长久。
是谓根深固柢，长生久视之道。
【现代解析】
管治人民，遵循天然，莫不过就是要珍爱。
只有珍爱，这样才能提早介入。
提早介入就是重视逐渐累积成果。
重视逐渐累积成果就没有什么不能征服的。
没有什么不能征服的就是不好断定扩张的极限。
不好断定扩张的极限，就可以拥有国家。
拥有国家的根本基础， 就可以长久持续。
这叫做根基深扎而固实底部，长远发展永久存在的道理。
Governing the people and following the laws of heaven, is no more than cherishing.
Only cherishing will let you plan everything early.
Planning everything early is respecting harmony and accumulating prestige.
With Respecting harmony and accumulating prestige, there is no place cannot be conquered.
No place cannot be conquered will result in continuous expanding.
Continuous expanding will build up a country.
Having the country’s foundation will make the country sustainable and lasting long.
This is called deep root and firm base, the law of growing continuously and existing long.
