犹太人爱吃中餐,这位纽约长岛长大的老兄,每周日雷打不动吃中餐。久吃成精,看他自创的犹太中式馄饨汤吧,那些广式中餐里傻大空面皮东东实在垃圾透了。看看人家的佐料做法,风趣横生的语言,电影明星的口音,别说中国老爷们,中国主妇们不小心也得甘拜下风了。


我认为美食网应该让您上电视

I think Food Network should put you on tv

Yes food network material if he wanted that. Big attractive personality, sparkle, articulate, shows all of us what commitment to a project can bring. I think his mother and father are understandably proud. I hope he is getting all of his equipment free he is a great Salesman because you get the impression that he really loves these products. I went and bought myself this pressure cooker. My only criticism is of myself sometimes I'm too lazy to cook but I am always inspired to to watch him give us all simple and clear directions on the how to. If only he could give us the super power to snap our fingers and cut onions fast without crying. :)

Chopped water chestnuts would be great in the pork mix

I do suggest that if you have leftover soup, to separate the wontons from the liquid, because they will turn to mush, I learned the hard way next time I will know better

Love the quick chop finger snap! Why is it most cooking show chefs, be it YouTube or broadcast TV, seem to think they need to spend half the video watching them chop vegetables?

I don’t think anyone caught that 42nd street joke...probably because its been cleaned up...but one person handling the meat and one person handling the dough literally made me choke on my wine...

Jeffrey all “cooking wine” is loaded with salt. Use the SX wine that’s good enough for drinking. Of course dry sherry (good enough for drinking is acceptable)!!

absolutely loved this dish, so flavorful! I froze my leftover wontons, would the cooking time still be 0 minutes for frozen wontons?

First of all, ya'll just make me smile. Secondly, I am DYING to get my instant pot! All of your recipes look so amazing! Thank you!!!!!! Keep it up!

You can make them even faster if you lay many wonton wrappers out, then fill, then seal.

That’s how we did it. Just showed it this way for instructional purposes in the video!
