A large Buddhist Temple is located in the south of Vancouver, and attracts a lot of Chinese and foreigners.
I often visit the temple, not for its religious significance, but for the happy recalling of my hometown life, especially my childhood.
There was a Buddhist temple on a hill near to my house, and my father often led me to visit it. My father taught me some religious knowledge, such as the stories of Buddha Guanyin, King Yuhuang, Jijiaoshen, Wuerye and Panguan etc.
I strolled in the temple while recalling my early past, it seems I`m listening to my father.(颜宾)
