我在教育方面有一些想法，因为我来自一位老师的家庭，而我的父亲曾经是中国头号战略家的同事。

I have some ideas in education because I came from a teacher's family and my father used to be the colleague for the Chinese number one strategist.

1. 也许全世界有多个同名寄宿学校是个好主意。 孩子们可以支付相同的学费，但可以去不同的地方，比如，Jeff在俄罗斯，泰国，阿联酋，哥斯达黎加为12岁以上的孩子开办分支艺术学校。 18岁以后，他们很容易拥有国际视野和不同的文化甚至语言背景。 比开动物保育所更好。

Maybe it is a good idea have multiple same name boarding schools worldwide. Kids pay same tuition but  can go different locations, say, Jeff has branch art schools in Russia, Thailand, UAE, Costa Rica for kids 12 + years. After 18, they easily have international view and different cultural even language background. Better than animal hostage.

Host graduation parties at different locations. Girls has princess dreams, each college has flowers. Maybe it is a good idea to invite those flowers and boys from good school, and good family to have a ball. Invite famous r movie stars to show up. It is also a chance to promote for fashion, jewelry and art dance. Let those young ones to be the stars. Aurora, and Steven's daughter can be the organizer since you know musician, stars and dance. Can have it at Disney hall, Dubai, Austria opera house....

3. 大多数中国年轻导演，我肯定来自印度，或其他文化对美国社会没有任何多的了解。 也许你的一些孩子可以设立一个企业让这些着名的导演，与那些年轻人分享文化，所以他们不会被视为外星人，??。 呆在家里一个月，跟随工作室。 所以后来当电影中有需要时，他们有一种感觉，不仅仅是追车（这是好莱坞风格）。 我相信董事们喜欢教年轻人。

Most Chinese young directors, I am sure same from India, or other culture have no sense about American society . Maybe some of your kids can setup a business let these famous directors, to share the culture with those young ones, so they will not been treated as aliens,   ??.  Stay home, for a month, follow to the studio. So later on when there is a need in the movie, they have a sense, not just for car chasing(this is Hollywood style) . I am sure directors like to teach young ones.

I am a dreamer. You can either buy existing, not operated so well boarding schools world wide, or use church school, since they have dorms. You can use Vogonova as a reference, but include different dances at different locations, You can design course  based on local culture, hire local language speaker , plan tours to local cultural sites. As your school is mainly in art, music and dance, folk culture (maybe consider food making?) your math and science should be limited. Allow parents visiting, even volunteer teachers ( save you money) .  You need bus, clinic doctor, lawyer, chef. Give performance, sell arts, foods to raise money. Use them in your movies. Select special ones give them additional history, finance, law background, strategist like that. ?

Music talented kid  is very special , they are younger. They have to have some family member ' s companionship. The best spiritual music is from Europe (Russia is Europe) , dance music from mid- Asia (include India) and Latin (Cuba ). No matter where they go, they need teachers from those areas for basic teaching. However, nowadays they put too much efforts on play instead of composing. If those kids can see the world , and the teacher teach more on composing, their music later on will be great! (Cuba music is the combination from black, Latin and European, rich)

It is suitable for taking kids go from even continents to continents. The same time they can have classes on the road. Mobile , school , office , or whatever it serves. Two years tour around the whole world. Not bad .

Jewelry market. People in China buy jewelry most for treasure investment, for married couples, and for high-class gift. They prefer Jade without knowing much about gemstones. Very limited traditional styles. Very limited opportunities for showing off. The material is getting more and more expensive so are the price for Jewelries. Huge market. You do not have the Jade, you do not know the styles so you need to cultivate the market first. America, especially South America has lots of gemstones, it is cheaper to get local stones. You can also hire Chinese designer to design Chinese styles. You can target new market for birthday gift, graduation , anniversary, cultural holidays, engage, awards, special event, fashion accessories for bags, shoes , etc. with lower price but customized design for gem stones.  (rings, key chains, bracelet, hair pins, ear rings, bag zip chains, wallet chains, bag tag, pen cover, sun glasses, etc. nowadays they can order remotely from Internet)

Invite young from all over the world, private school, prestige college, art school, entertainers, small business owner, young professionals like lawyers, doctors, bankers. At the ball party introduce them, teach and let them dance together, know each other.

If you can ask them to convert to western styles, like beautiful woman, roaring lions, I think some high level professionals would like to put them in their offices  here. Two things, sell stones  and  jewelries.
