我觉得, 现在在还有国家主权的独立, 疆界的隔离情况下, 如果是以中华民族文化为主体的话, 要创新高, 除了吸引外来的人才, 对外部投资, 最好能投资教育, 最好是从小孩子起的寄宿学校. 一个一个的散户,花的代价大,可是真正并不了解美国, 效果有限. 集中起来,可以专门找好的老师来培养,还可以让好老师去不同国家的 ,学校的不同分部, 寄宿学校去教. 这样统一管理,效果也更好,有安全,保持身体心理健康,父母也更放心.我好像看过历史上是什么帝国,忘了是波斯阿拉伯还是拜占庭, 从每家选十几岁的男孩, 集中培养, 为国骑马打仗, 日后有功光耀门庭. 中国有很多穷孩子, 不怕吃苦. 有钱人的孩子, 让他们出钱给穷孩子好一点待遇. 在中国的城市和乡村的生活环境里,是很难培养出孩子, 能从不同的文化地域角度来思考问题的. 这些固本主义就是世界上种族政治宗教文化的根本冲突所在.
