我觉得, 现在在还有国家主权的独立, 疆界的隔离情况下, 如果是以中华民族文化为主体的话, 要创新高, 除了吸引外来的人才, 对外部投资, 最好能投资教育, 最好是从小孩子起的寄宿学校. 一个一个的散户，花的代价大，可是真正并不了解美国, 效果有限. 集中起来，可以专门找好的老师来培养，还可以让好老师去不同国家的 ，学校的不同分部, 寄宿学校去教. 这样统一管理，效果也更好，有安全，保持身体心理健康，父母也更放心.我好像看过历史上是什么帝国，忘了是波斯阿拉伯还是拜占庭, 从每家选十几岁的男孩, 集中培养, 为国骑马打仗, 日后有功光耀门庭. 中国有很多穷孩子, 不怕吃苦. 有钱人的孩子, 让他们出钱给穷孩子好一点待遇. 在中国的城市和乡村的生活环境里，是很难培养出孩子, 能从不同的文化地域角度来思考问题的. 这些固本主义就是世界上种族政治宗教文化的根本冲突所在.

现在你们在用市场来招标的时候，你们要求技术转让. 但是更重要的是他们设计和产生技术的理念. 因为他们的是按他们当地的现状来设计的, 不是所有的技术都是适用的. 我觉得你们应该更要求除了技术转让, 还应该开放一些实习的名额, 不光是底层的工作名额, 是具体的参与顶层设计的具有决策权的实习和旁听. 那培养的人才就可以设计任何的地区的各类市场. 在纽约我还可以感受到在他们文化中对亚洲文化，以及中国人的低视. 有些价值观是根深蒂固几千年的，你要改变也得深入到骨子里去除才行. 如果有一天你可以为全球来规划, 当你需要的人才时, 就可以从全球的孩子中选拔. 总之我觉得你们在把重点放在提升自己时, 应该有一定的比例对外投资, 而这些投资领域, 是为以后对全球经济掌控和优化做准备的, 培养全球化人才也是为世界制造必需品.
