心里也明白，其实世界上还是有很多的不信任，还是很多的利益冲突，还是有很多的秘密不能分享. 所以要平衡，要讨价还价，要沉淀稳定. 如果是我，我就会想一些办法多创造一些机会，让大多数人都有发挥才能的机会，饭够吃, 机会够多, 就会少一点摩擦吧. 中国有好几个政治经济集团，世界上也是. 而且后边都连着. 做顶层设计的是不是应该仔细分析一下他们的长处，他们的势力范围，以及他们的资源，然后设计相应的项目，优化地应用他们的能力，大家开心！比如说美国这边比较擅长创意的设计，中国人尤其是上海人比较注重细节, 精雕细作, 比较能把创意实现.
