中央政府的网站上，外界随时都可以查看  The website of the central government, the outside world can view it at any time.

中国是以文字为主要传播媒介，中国的视觉艺术并没有很完整地科学地发展起来. 每次开会，就看见一众人物低头奋笔疾书，很少在国外看见别人开会用笔记的，要么电脑，要么就听！你们是在开秘密会议吗？现在还用手记？是习主席当场即兴想出来的发言吗？没有文件准备和presentation printout吗？记得十三五时候有人做了一个13五的动画宣传短片，很生动形象地，简单明了地，把十三五的政治意义宣传开来，那时候大家都在传. 谁有兴趣去看那些长篇大论了，除了那些专业政治人物. 现在中国正进行一场波澜壮阔，改天换地的社会经济改革，应该让大众知道得越多越好. 如果你们只是用文字，党内文件或者新闻报导，那应该是不够的. 虽然这是中华民族的好传统，可政治不应该用简单文字启发那么多想象力. 如果是讲经济生产的改革，就画一个图，生产对象，生产力和劳动者.点击进生产对象键，深入讲生产对象的改革，比如土地的合理分配，土地的流转，农业产品生产的地区性调整，等等等等.

然后点击进生产力键，进一步讲高科技，机械，化工，能源，航太，等等. 还可点击进劳动者键，讲劳模，学者，专家，企业领军者，等等！每一项都可以配有不同的图片还有视频. 习主席在台上， 一边讲一边后面放背景presentation, 开会时别人有补充，在哪方面补充，可以随时用数字方式就添加在那一项. 我看见台下发言的，也都低着头看着自己笔记本，是在做检讨吗？像这种改革的大的整体框架，习主席每次出巡做的演讲主要内容，应该放在中央政府的网站上，外界随时都可以查看，而且可以翻译成不同语言. 那天下人就知道你在做什么，怎么做的！我建议中国政治应该也多用高科技和现代化，多一点图像视频，那所传达的信息远远胜过文字，而且全世界都能看，而且可以加一些幽默和动画在里面，更吸引观众，更易于被大众接受！ 还是这所有东西都是保密的？一定要口述手记才行的？
