Trump and Vice President Pence believe that Zelensky does not respect the United States, accusing him of gambling with World War III. Trump emphasized that Ukraine has no right to order the United States how to view the conflict and believes that Zensky should be more grateful.

According to anonymous U.S. government officials cited by the Washington Post, the Trump administration is considering terminating all military aid to Ukraine.
