今天早起练瑜伽，卷个花卷儿又小脸儿憋通红。才大搓了两三天这肚子又塞满了肥膘？？？其实这锻炼也不知有啥用，俺家老爷子93，老奶奶92，老爷子经常走路做伸拉锻炼，老奶奶从不锻炼，天天坐着看电视看报纸，两个人饮食很不健康 - 重油，重盐，吃荤，按俺们现在的标准还不太讲卫生。结果现在俩人还都没啥大毛病，活动自如，老奶奶看着比老爷子还精神，上哪儿说理去！唉，还是听听音乐放松心情吧。

Rod Stewart 1945年出生于英国伦敦一个足球迷家庭里，他是五个孩子中最小的一个。父亲本希望他篚后能骋在绿茵场上，成为一个球星，没想到他却走向摇滚乐坛，并成为全世界歌迷心中的偶像。
