评论家（学一把猪，抄的）警告，刚吃过饭的请绕行

A critic is a low-life creature that lacks any talent or ability to contribute anything, yet chooses to verbally attack and put down the works of others. Through usage of long words and general pretentiousness, they pretend to show intelligence and also to appear human like the rest of us, hiding their true parasite form. Everyone has, and is entitled to, an opinion, but a critic makes it their business to state their opinion to everyone through the media or press, and to state their opinion as fact. If you are a musician, film-maker, artist, writer etc, and you see a professional critic writing a review about you, do the right thing and kill them where they stand. If you want to know if a film or band etc is any good, don't read the reviews, ask a friend what they think.

按粪坑理论，苍蝇在粪坑里撒了一把卵，出了蛆虫，蛆虫大叫：“好臭！”

过几天，蛆虫变成了蛹，蛹成熟又成了苍蝇，新的苍蝇还是继续围着粪坑转。

The cited "definition" of a critic was a typical layman's opinion--except that the English needed to be refined. And it foolishly missed the point, a common sense, that criticism is itself a business and a noble academic discipline. You may earn a PhD in literature critique if you are intelligent enough--or at all. No offense.

By the way, anybody, including those who can "contribute" only nonsense, can call himself a "writier"--it only takes a little "thick skin" to accomplish that ( e.g., I am thick-skinned enough to call myself a "writer" or an "artist"), whereas you have to earn an advanced college degree first to be a critic. I, for one, have been always envying those who had a career of being a critic. Do I need to mention any big name?

Totally agree with you, otherwise the place it came from wouldn’t be called the “urban dictionary”. 中文曰“恶搞”. I was just yakking, don’t take it personally.

Incidentally, your English appears way better than your Chinese, at least I don’t smell gunpowder from it.
