- I have been wired US$ back China for Chinese New Year since 28 years ago. It's common sense that I realize each year US$ vs RMB increased before Chinese Lunar new year because unaccountable worldwide Chinese will wire money back China for their relatives. think about how much Chinese government may receive foreign currency at Chinese new year? Government manipulates people which is no any other country than China
