- Ma and the people on the island's interpretation of 9/2 agreement is "One national name, 2 nations, 2 governments, and separation without mainland control forever." and mainland's interpretation is "one nation, one government, Taiwan controls by Beijing now and Taiwan can run under capitalist system." There is a big difference between two sides on understanding the agreement , therefore, both sides must clarified or unified the meaning of 9/2 agreement first. Otherwise, it would go on forever without any result. mak
