- 感冒没有特效药，有些药物可以减轻病状，但是吃也是过那么几天就好，不吃也一样。所以美国医生除了有病毒感染，不给开药，甚至也不建议已有感冒症状就去看医生，除非高烧不退。病人一般吃些维他命之类一增加身体抵抗力，发烧吃些发汗退烧的药以致大脑不被高体温损伤，除此之外，多喝些水和鸡汤之类，好好休养。
