Well , there is nothing a 2nd developing power can do about it if the 1st power wants to suppress the 2nd power. When the time of suppression become so great and pushing the 2nd power against the wall. The only thing the 2nd can do is fight back. Therefore, the best thing China can do now is make as many friends as possible and develop herself as fast as possible and prepare for war with the 1st power. You don't ask for war, in fact, you do your best to avoid it in order to buy time and hopefully there isn't one. But, when it comes, you can win. This is how history teaching us. Otherwise, China does as Japan and Germany, gave-in and willing to stay as #2,or#3 forever. But, Chinese don't do that. China is a big country, doesn't has to .      mak
