- The weather brodcastings in US, including government official's have such a tendency and custom: They have been intending to 'over-react' and to reveal it, negatively than real it would be, their conclutions to warn the public they deducted and anylized from all information they had/could get, to avoid being blame afterword because their failure and under-estimattion about the domages to come.
