- kinda like early 1900s of america, rules and laws were relatively fewer or simply not there. business environment was relax and easy going....

now rules and laws are well established and not so easy for new comers to get around, especially for those without language skills...

- well, what i meant was that, at least at this moment, china is a place relatively easy to make money, make things happen, less sophisticated.... but down side of this is that you have to fight through the chaoses for new business opportunities.

the rules and laws are well established in the states, in the west. the good side of this is that society, business environment is relatively well regulated. the down side of this is that the markets have higher expectations from those new comers...
