- leahzhang: 谢谢大侠指点。不敢当。 俺的做法不放牛奶，普通面粉，尽量争取做的和国内的大馍一样。 酵母是在Sam's Club买的一大包那种，很便宜，好像只3块钱，一包可以用一年多。 大馍一次蒸几大锅，然后放在冻箱里深冷储藏，要吃就拿几个出来蒸十分钟就上桌了，跟刚做好的一样。
