- most of hearings are partisan based. of course, those 听证不了了之. but for politicians, that is what they do. otherwise, how could they get their reelections next time...

刚来时，一听到自己关心的事举行听证会了，激动万分，经历了多次后，什么也没发生，备受打击，终于明白，人家玩软的玩得好，让老百姓伏贴！
中国政府在这方面还差得很远，不会玩软的，总是处于被动地位！
