- a major reason is, as a chinese, i don't want to hurt chinese restaurants.

if it was an indian restaurant, there is no way i would let it go off. i would show it and ask for high compensation using the lawsuit threat. unfortunately, almost all indian resuarants i went to are not dirty.

i meant, during the past 10 years, i ate from time to time at most, if not all, chinese restaurants here in nyc because i was trying to exhaust all the flavors and rank the restaurants personally in my mind. during my extensive visits to various restaurants, there were 3 accidents. at that time, i went to these 2 accident restaurants only occasionally. one of them (with 2 accidents) was closed years ago and the other seems still open, but i hardly go there now.
most asian foods are closer to chinese food such as korean, japanese, thai, vietnam, malasyia, etc. indian food are not that close. but i like its cake (the thin cake) which wraps meat and veges into a roll. unfortunately, i hate indians. so, i basically gave up indian restaurants unless my colleagues really want to go there.
