看得开: 何处孩子未满十八打工是非法的? 在加利福尼亚州我的女儿是14岁开始打工.

- 我的孩子毕竟不是第一代移民了,虽然他不是生在美国的.摄像机和抢劫是没有关系的.那些黑孩子也不会在乎...其实去老人院做义工,老美超市都很好的...
Giada: 是啊，那个摄像镜头是为了保护她自己的利益，对员工大概她多一点儿也不肯做的。不去最好，不嫌最低工资可去的地方很多。

- 就是，好多地方可去，就算不怕，但也没有必要做无谓的争斗，还是安全第一。

- Newark is not as dangerous as media says/many people think. But in the evening, it is unsafe unless you are on the market street.
So, for safety sake, be sure not to let your son work there in the evening. By evening, I mean, when the sky becomes almost dark.

- kinda agree. used to hold a p-t job there for 3+ years and became familiar with the neighborhood. my overall impression is, safety is not a concern during the day.
