　　有网友给我发来爱国网民PZJ9988的一个抖音影片，其桌上摆着中华人(专题)民共和国的护照、美国绿卡等身份证明，粉民拿起剪刀面带微笑地将绿卡剪断，影片中到处充斥着爱国的言论：「美国绿卡，再见拉了」、「不热爱（电视剧）和平的国家，请我去我都不会再去了」、「你还限制党员入美，明天就申请加入中国共产党」，「爱我中华」，足见其满满的爱国心。

　　但没想到的是很快翻船了，观众们里面眼尖的不少，而且也见过绿卡，常见绿卡的有效期限最长不过10年，该中国网民的绿卡有效期从2017年10月18日到2033年9月12日，居然竟长达几乎16年，这么不规则搞笑的失效期，这蠢货就是造假都不能编得象样儿一点吗？不少网友纷纷嘲讽说：「这淘宝仿的也太假」、「就算剪的是真的绿卡，也可以去补办」、「最好笑的是底下居然一堆人相信」。美国绿卡从有效期上分大体有两种，一种是临时绿卡（conditional），一般是两年期，最常见的是和美国公民结婚不到两年的亲属移民(专题)，拿到的是有条件绿卡，两年到期后取消condition（条件），然后可以拿第二种正式绿卡，有效期是10年。我从美国移民局网站找了几个样本，譬如下面这个的有效期整整两年（2016年3月4日到2018年3月4日），这个是结婚的临时绿卡，我为什么这样说在后面我会解释。

　　这个是永久绿卡，有效期从2012年5月12日到2022年5月14日，这个是著名教授专家的杰出人才绿卡，后面我也会解释原因。

　　很显然，这个绿卡很假，但有效期只是一个方面，另一个漏洞在Category Code上面，标注的是EB5，这肯定是和绿卡申请类型给混掉了，绿卡的Category Code是和移民申请的种类是不一样的，移民申请的时候可以从EB 1到EB5种类不等，但是绿卡批下来的时候种类编号（Category Code）我在文后的表格中罗列出了全部，这里面根本就没有什么EB5，EB5移民也即投资移民，我想最大可能的Code是E12 或E18：certain multinational executive or manager。我翻了我一个同事的绿卡，他是用EB3申请的，但在绿卡上的category code是E37，拥有本科学位的职业人员（Professional who holds a baccalaureate degree or who is a member of a profession）。再回到前面我找的那个两年临时绿卡的样品，上面的Category的Code是CR6，表中查出对应的是美国公民配偶、有条件绿卡（Spouse of a U.S. citizen. Conditional）。另一个十年期的绿卡样品的Category Code是E17，杰出教授和科研人员（Priority worker - outstanding professor or researcher），所以只看绿卡category就可以知道持卡人是怎么拿到绿卡的，那个EB5简直太搞笑了。唉，这年头，真的是不少人都变态了，你是高级黑还是怎么？撒谎都要打着爱国旗号，这样做国家根本受不起好吧。一个习惯说假话办假事的人，本就没有骨气，你指望这样的人有勇气有能力爱国？一个人，先要自爱，才可以谈及爱别人。不爱自己，不爱他人，何来爱国？自爱，就必须从诚信开始，而不是沉湎于虚假谎言。既然你在网上留下了持有造假绿卡的证据，我还要忠告你的是，你还真的一辈子不要踏上美国土地了，因为持有和伪造联邦ID在美国属于犯罪（Felony），可判3年罚款1万美元；而伪造和持有与国籍和移民状态（譬如绿卡）相关的ID，属于重罪，可判高达5年监狱和75000美元罚款。
