　　（中央社圣地牙哥9日综合外电报导）美国加州圣地牙哥外海发生小型飞机坠毁事故，美国联邦航空总署今天指出，这架双发动机赛斯纳414型（Cessna 414）飞机起飞后不久就坠毁，机上6人全部罹难。

　　美联社报导，美国联邦航空总署（FAA）表示，这架飞机于昨天中午12时30分左右坠毁。

　　根据航班追踪网站FlightAware资讯，这架飞机先从亚利桑那州起飞，一天之后原本预计返回亚利桑那州首府凤凰城（Phoenix）。

　　美国海岸防卫队（USCG）官员说，搜救人员昨天稍晚在圣地牙哥（San Diego）洛马角（Point Loma）半岛外海约8公里处发现飞机残骸。搜救区域水深约60公尺。

　　尽管美国联邦航空总署确认，机上6人全数罹难，但当局尚未确认死者的身分。
